A Sentinela Ltda, CNPJ 59.910.808/0001-59, provides the platform Sentinela One for real-time acoustic monitoring. By using the system, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
Access to the platform is restricted to users who are registered and authorized by the contracting company. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all actions performed using their login. You are prohibited from sharing access with unauthorized third parties.
The platform must be used exclusively for acoustic monitoring, noise management, environmental inspection, and the collection of technical evidence. It is prohibited to use the system for unlawful purposes, or to reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without the express authorization of Sentinela Ltda.
The acoustic data, decibel readings, alerts, and reports generated have are technically valid and can be used as evidence in administrative and judicial proceedings. The user agrees to use this information in an ethical and lawful manner, in compliance with applicable law.
The Sentinela One platform, its brand, patent registered with the INPI and all of its components are the exclusive property of Sentinela Ltda. Use of the platform does not transfer to the user any rights to the company’s intellectual property.
Sentinela Ltda will make every effort to ensure the platform remains available at all times, but assumes no responsibility for interruptions resulting from maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures or events beyond your control.
The user is responsible for the proper use of the data generated, for the accuracy of the information provided and for compliance with the legal requirements applicable to noise monitoring in your municipality or facility.
Access to the platform can be suspended or terminated in the event of noncompliance under these terms, without prejudice to any applicable legal measures.
These terms are governed by the Brazilian law. The courts of the district of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, are hereby designated as the forum of jurisdiction for resolving any disputes arising from the use of the platform.
These terms may be revised at any time. The current version It will always be available on the Sentinela website.
